Building a good freelancer profile :
As we have started helping students to get some online jobs, this post is a continuation of it.I think while building your profile on Elance or freelancer, you should take care of these things.
Profile Picture:
Having a nice professional looking passport size profile picture is really a good idea. It will certainly help you in having some companies to invite you for a job.
So for boys I would suggest,
have a nice picture of your own with a court and tie.

Giving right and appropriate information :
Some people give unnecessary details in their profile. I mean if you don't have a skill don't write it. If you get contacted for that job you would not be able to do it.
Adding skills :
Give appropriate sills in your profile and don't give 10/10 rating just give a rating of 8/10 or 9/10. It will be much better for you.
